Organisation Charting for SAP ®
SAP customers can now use HRCharter Enterprise and Professional Editions to automatically create dynamic organisation charts based on near-real-time information from their SAP application. Optimised for intranet deployment, HRCharter enables SAP users to generate information rich org charts and corporate directories at the click of a mouse, improving understanding and communication across the enterprise.
HRCharter makes it easier to review and maintain the reporting relationship hierarchies that underpin many employee and manager self-service processes. With advanced modelling and data mapping functionality, HRCharter is also a valuable tool for HR planning and organisation design.
Key features:
- Contains an integrated Connector, developed in conjunction with our partner ARINSO International, that transfers the required information to HRCharter from SAP
- Charts can display both traditional charting information (name, role, department) and more sensitive employee data (salary, qualifications, absences) to authorised users based on their span of control access to data in SAP
- Builds charts dynamically from SAP organisation tree
- Creates charts based on position, organisation or orgmanager (a combination of position and organisation) reporting relationships
- Optional browser component provides additional functionality for power users
