Enterprise Edition vs Professional Edition
HRCharter is available in two versions, each designed to meet slightly different business requirements, allowing you to choose the version that is right for your organisation.
Enterprise Edition is typically chosen by larger organisations with an established corporate intranet. It allows up-to-date charts to be designed and dynamically created by anybody using a standard internet browser (subject to security restrictions). Additional support for what-if planning, designing charts from scratch and advanced graphical reporting is provided to Power Users by means of a small Active X plugin.
Professional Edition is suited to organisations that want to use charts for organisation planning and human capital management and have less demanding web publishing requirements. HR professionals can easily design and generate a wide range of charts based on existing data, as well as model different organisational structures. Once created, charts can be printed or published to your corporate intranet or website.
Both versions are designed to be fully integrated with existing HR or ERP systems, such as PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP, allowing you to get more value out of the data you already have.
